José Galindo is a Business Administrator with a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management and Planning. His professional experience includes: financing development, facilitating processes, environmental management, and negotiating environmental policy implementation at governmental levels.

César Viteri is an Economist with a postgraduate degree in Natural Resource and Environmental Economics. His expertise includes: fisheries management, forestry management, environmental policy analysis, economic assessment, and implementation of environmental services.

Vanesa Lanas is a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering with experience in project management, analysis of processes, renewable energy systems, and environmental assessments.

Andrea Vergara is an Economist and Commercial Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Natural Resource and Environmental Economics. Her experience includes: economic assessment, implementation of environmental services, analysis of tourism chains, regional biocommerce initiatives, and development financing.

Sandra Vela is an Economist with a postgraduate degree International Economics and Actors Strategies, with specialization in Sports and Tourism Economics. Her expertise includes protected areas financing, business plans, design of jointly binding tourism projects, and studies about sports economics and its impacts at a social level.

Gabriela Encalada is a Biologist with a postgraduate degree in Ecological Economics. Her professional experience includes the coordination of forestry and biodiversity projects, environmental economic valuation, environmental services payment, inter-institutional coordination and analysis, and green area technical research.

Jissela Bedoya is an Accountant, Auditor, and Business Administrator. She has a wide experience in managing environmental projects.

Jessica Arango is a Biologist with postgraduate degrees in Environmental Management and Planning, and Business Administration. She has a wide experience in: environmental management, environmental policy making, water resource management, environmental health, and carbon trade mechanisms.

Walter Rivera is a lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Tropical Biodiversity Management and Conservation, with a specialty in Environmental Law and Socio-environmental Studies. He provides assistance on legal issues, protected area management, conservation projects, implementation of conservation processes, and legal matters related to the implementation of environmental services in protected areas.
